MINUTES
July 13,2022

CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 9:31 a.m. in the Mayor's Conference Room
in City Hall. The meeting was held in person and streamed on the City's Website. Amy Huffman sat on the
board in place of Rob Waiz.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Mrs. Huffman made the motion to approve the minutes from July 6, 2022.
Mr.Crouch seconded the motion; motion passed,3-0.
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Mr. Crouch made the motion to approve payroll, seconded by Mrs. Huffman;
motion passed, 3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Scott McVoy-Request for approval of contract between the City, Police Department and
TargetSolutions, LLC d/b/a Vector Solutions for annual subscription for Guardian Tracking
employee performance management software—Assistant Chief McVoy advised this is an annual
contract and JPD has the money earmarked in their budget for this.
Mr. Crouch made the motion to approve the contract,seconded by Mrs. Huffman; motion passed,
3-0. -
ADJOURNMENT:
Mayor Moore congratulated the Jeff GRC All Stars for their win. They will be playing again
tomorro .ght, they are off to a great start.Also congratulations to Tim Borden who played with
the Jeff All Stars ye s ago; he is going to be in the draft next Tuesday.
