CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 9:32 a.m. in the Mayor's Conference Room
in City Hall. The meeting was held in person and streamed on the City's Website. Amy Huffman sat on the
board in place of Andy Crouch.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Mr. Waiz made the motion to approve the minutes from June 22,2022.
Mrs. Huffman seconded the motion; motion passed, 3-0.
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Mr.Waiz made the motion to approve payroll,seconded by Mrs. Huffman;
motion passed,3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Heather,Metcalf-Request for approval of consulting services agreement between the City and
Peterson Consulting Services for GASB 34/GAAP-Compliant Capital Asset Property Record Update
—Mrs. Metcalf advised this contract is with Peterson Consulting for the annual update and she has
the money in her budget:
Mr.Waiz made the motion to approve the contract,seconded by Mrs. Huffman; motion passed,3-
0.
2. Kevin Morlan-Request for approval of Change Order#4,2021-1 Community Crossing Grant
Funded Street Paving Project—Mr. Morlan advised this is the final change order for the 2021-1
Community Crossing Grant Funded Street Paving Project and is for the amount$49,396.11 and the
money is in his budget.
Mr.Waiz made the motion to approve the change order, seconded by Mrs. Huffman; motion
passed, 3-0.
