CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 9:32 a.m. in the Mayor's Conference Room
in City Hall. The meeting was held in person and streamed on the City's Website. JFD Chief Shawn Grant
sat on the board in place of Rob Waiz.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Mr. Crouch made the motion to approve the minutes from June 15,2022.
Chief Grant seconded the motion; motion passed,3-0.
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Mr. Crouch made the motion to approve payroll,seconded by Chief Grant;
motion passed, 3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Theresa Treadway-Request for approval of catering contract between the City and Stumler's
Catering for annual holiday party—Mrs.Treadway advised this contract is for the catering for the
Employee Holiday party on December 2,2022. It will be paid out of Human Resources budget and
they do have the money in the budget to support the contract.
Chief Grant made the motion to approve the contract,seconded by Mr. Crouch; motion passed,3-
0.
ADJOURNMENT
