MINUTES
June 1,2022

CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 9:32 a.m. in the Mayor's Conference Room
in City Hall.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Mr.Crouch made the motion to approve the minutes from May 25,2022.
Mr.Waiz seconded the motion; motion passed, 3-0.
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Mr.Waiz made the motion to approve payroll,seconded by Mr. Crouch; motion
passed, 3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
None
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Scott McVoy—Request for approval of contract between the City, Police Department
Headquarters and Spectrum—Asst.JPD Chief McVoy advised that their current phone provider will
no longer be serving the area. They are going to be switching to Spectrum with an increase of
$550/month however they have not had a new contract in over 8 years. They do have the money
in their budget to support the contract.
Mr. Crouch made a motion to approve the contract, Mr. Waiz seconded the motion; motion
passed, 3-0.
