MINUTES
May 25,2022
PRESENT(IN PERSON): Andy Crouch City Engineer, Len Ashack Dir of Waste Water, Matt Dyer IT Director,
Elisha Gibson Manager of Sewer Billing,Shawn Grant JFD Chief,Amy Huffman Community Liaison,Scott
McVoy Asst ChiefJPD, Les Merkley City Attorney, Heather Metcalf City Controller, Clark Miles Street
Commissioner, Kevin Morlan Director of Street Department,Christy O'Neil Mayor's Executive Assistant,
Chad Reischl Dir of Planning and Zoning,Amber Ridings Asst Park Director,Jason Sharp JFD Deputy Chief,
Brian Smith Safety Manager, Larry Wallace Building Commissioner, and Patsy Kiser Deputy Clerk
CALL TO ORDER: Andy Crouch called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. in the Mayor's Conference Room in
City Hall. Clark Miles and JFD Chief Shawn Grant sat on the board.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Mr. Miles made the motion to approve the minutes from May 18, 2022.
Chief Grant seconded the motion; motion passed, 3-0.
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Mr. Miles made the motion to approve payroll,seconded by Chief Grant; motion
passed,3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
None
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Chad Reischl—Request for approval of contract with Falls City Community Bike Works for bike
share maintenance—Mr. Reischl advised that this contract is for the parts and pieces to be on site
for the 13 bike fix it stations. Mr. Crouch confirmed Mr. Reischl has the money in his budget and
Mr. Reischl stated he does.
Chief Grant made a motion to approve the contract, Mr. Miles seconded the motion; motion \
passed, 3-0.
