CALL TO ORDER: (Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 9:32 a.m. in the Mayor's Conference Room
in City Hall.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Mr.Crouch made the motion to approve the minutes from April 27,2022.
Mr.Waiz seconded the motion; motion passed, 3-0.
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Mr.Waiz made the motion to approve payroll,seconded by Mr.Crouch; motion
passed,3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
None
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Les Merkley/Delynn Rutherford Public Hearing on City of Jeffersonville Flood Buyout Project—
Mrs. Rutherford advises this is a public hearing for a grant they did previously and a public hearing
needs to be held to close the grant out. Mr. Merkley opened the public hearing at 9:33 am and no
one was present to speak on the matter. The public hearing was closed.
2. Emily-Dippie/Andy Crouch-Request for approval of receipt for down payment on Arts Van
contract between the City,Arts Department and Isaacs Pre-Owned Autos,LLC—Mrs. Dippie
advised this is for a small cargo van that will be turned into the Public Arts van. The money is in the
Public Arts budget.
Mr.Waiz made a motion to approve the contract seconded by Mr.Waiz; motion passed,3-0.
3. Christy O'Neil—Request for approval of alley closure behind Dock Seafood on July 8,2022 for
work picnic—Mrs. O'Neil advised DC Contractors called and behind Dock's Seafood there is an alley
they would like to have closed for their picnic.
Mr. Waiz made a motion to approve the closure, seconded by Mr.Crouch; motion passed,3-0.

ADJOURNMENT:
Mayor Moore requested that someone make a call concerning the big tree at the Census Bureau
that has b n dead for over a month now. Mr.Crouch advised he has a contact and will make a
call.
Wit o urt er business, Crouch made a motion to adjourn at 9:35 a.m.
