CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 9:33 a.m. in the Mayor's Conference Room
in City Hall. Clark Miles and Amy Huffman sat on the board in place of Rob Waiz and Andy Crouch.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Mr. Miles made the motion to approve the minutes from December 22,
2021. Mrs. Huffman seconded the motion; motion passed,3-0.
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Mr. Miles made the motion to approve payroll,seconded by Mrs. Huffman;
motion passed,3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
None
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Heather Metcalf—Request for approval of lease between City and CBS Total Technology for
copier/printer lease for Finance Department—Mrs. Metcalf advised that their printer/copier lease
is going to be up in April and there was going to be a 15%increase in cost with Ricco so they would
like to move to a new company that will cover a 4,year lease for the printer/copiers and the price
will remain the same as what they are paying now. Mayor Moore requested an update a few
months into the contract to see if the service is the same.
Mr. Miles made a motion to approve the lease and Mrs. Huffman seconded the motion; motion
passed,3-0.
ADJOURNMENT:
With i fu r business, Miles made a motion to adjourn at 9:35 a.m.
