CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 9:34 a.m.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Mr. Crouch made the motion to approve the minutes from November 3,
2021. Mr.Waiz seconded the motion; roll call vote: Mr. Crouch—yes; Mr.Waiz—yes; Mayor Moore—yes;
motion passed 3-0.
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Mr. Crouch made the motion to approve payroll, seconded by Mr.Waiz. Roll call
vote: Mr. Crouch—yes; Mr. Waiz—yes; Mayor Moore—yes; motion passed 3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:

NEW BUSINESS:
Les Merkley—Request for approval of the 2022 City Holiday Schedule
The schedule you have before you has one additional day that needs added, Monday,January 3, 2022 is
New Year's Day and will be observed as a City Holiday. Mr. Crouch made the motion to approve holiday list
with additional day added,seconded by Mr.Waiz. Roll call vote: Mr.Crouch—yes; Mr.Waiz—yes; Mayor
Moore—yes; motion.passed 3-0.
Kim Calabro—Request for approval of contracts for City Holiday Party:
The Refinery for$1,175.00,Stumler's Catering for$6,125.00, Five 0 DJ Service for$500.00 and Naked by
Sunday(bar services)for$560.00. Money is in my budget. Mr.Waiz makes motion to approve contracts
for City Holiday Party, seconded by Mr. Crouch. Roll call vote: Mr. Crouch—yes; Mr. Waiz—yes; Mayor
Moore—yes; motion passed 3-0.
Emily Dippie—Request for approval of Artisan agreement between NoCo Arts and Cortlan Waters Bartley.
This agreement is for$500.00 to hand letter in the Mural Mile, and this will complete this project. Money is
in my budget. Mr. Crouch made motion to approve agreement, seconded by Mr.Waiz. Roll call vote: Mr.
Crouch—yes; Mr.Waiz—yes; Mayor Moore—yes; motion passed 3-0.

Andy Crouch for MG Rail—Request for road closure on Utica Pike between Port Road and Island View on
Wednesday, November 17, 2022, 9:00 a.m.—6:00 p.m.for rail replacement. Mr.Waiz made motion to
approve road closure, seconded by Mr. Crouch. Roll call vote: Mr. Crouch—yes; Mr.Waiz—yes; Mayor
Moore—yes; motion passed 3-0.
Mayor Moore—This weekend is final weekend for Depot Days,Saturday 1:00 p.m.—5:00 p.m.—
Jaugernauts will be playing 2:00 p.m.—4:00 p.m. If you can get down there and enjoy the event.
