Digital Gallery—Emily Dippie
We had a really good subcommittee meeting last week, talked about location of digital gallery. We have selected a
location along the 7`h Street, North side of NOCO. Andy has volunteered to pour a new sidewalk there so it will be a
smooth area for us.
Committee went on to talk about things like the launch of Mayor's Christmas card aimed toward NOCO Arts center. And
in March we will move forward with ideas about our theme word,Ampler. And do a public art review in February.
Committee is excited and discussed some ideas for summer.

Budget Update -
City Council has approved that budget will go back up this coming year to $119,000.00 I will have much more
information how this will break down in the coming months but that gives us an idea where we will be.
Ideation Meeting for 2022—Overview of the Goals of JPAC
Yellow cards are for$2,000.00 and under, Blue Cards are for$2,000- $15,000, and Red cards are for$15,000
and up. So right now I will plan for a little bit of quite time to think of ideas for JPAC for 2022. So I will give
you about 10 minutes and then we will discuss the ideas. Grant projects will be shown in budget next month.
All ideas were discussed, and was put in order as to which the committee wanted to see things happen. I am
going to take these ideas and put into the budget and determine where we stand with our ideas and what we can
move forward with.
