MINUTES
November 3,2021

CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m.in the Mayor's Conference Room
in City Hall. Mayor Moore said it is nice to see everyone in person again for the meeting.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Mr.Crouch made the motion to approve the minutes from October 27,
2021. Mr.Waiz seconded the motion; motion passed 3-0.
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Mr.Waiz made the motion to approve payroll,seconded by Mr.Crouch;motion
passed 3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
None
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Mayor Mike-Request for approval of speed limit signs at 2209 Surrey Road—Mayor Moore stated
he has received a request to have speed limit signs placed on Surrey Road and locates need to be
completed for these signs. One sign can be placed at 2209 Surrey for vehicles traveling into the
neighborhood and then a sign will need to be placed on the opposite side of the street for the
exiting traffic somewhere close to the middle.
Mayor Moore made a motion to approve the placement of speed limit signs pending the locates
being completed and Mr.Crouch seconded the motion; motion passed 3-0.
ADJOURNMENT:
With no u her busin ss, Mr.Crouch made a motion to adjourn at 9:32 a.m.
