NOW, THEREFORE: to SECTION ONE BE IT ORDAINED BY the Common Council of the City of jeffersonville, Clark County, Indiana~ that for the expenses of said City the following sums of money are hereby appropriated and orderded set apart out of the fund herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject to a law governing the same: AMOUNT AMOUNT REQUESTED APPROVED GENERAL FUND Appropriation from the General Fund for the following: FIRE DEPARTMENT Overtime $40,000.00 after This Ordinance its passage and SECTION TWO shall be in full force and effect from and approval by the State Board of Tax VOTED AGAINST: Passed and adopted by the Common Council of the City of COMMON COUNCIL ATTEST: Presented by me as Clerk and Treasurer to the Mayor City of Jeffersonville this ~__ This Ordinance 1991 of said day of ___~___~__, 1991 ....... The meeting was called to order by Mayor Dale Richard Spencer Jr. at the desk. Mayor Orem asked ali those present to Councilperson Bob Waiz gave the invocation. Mayor Orem JUNE 3, 1991 the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana the Council Chambers in the City-County Indiana, on the 3rd day of June, 1991 at Orem with C. stand and as then asked all those present to remain standing and join him in the pledge allegiance to the flag. The roll was called and those present were: Councilpersons Jimmy Carter, Marie Clapp, Ron Grooms, Robert Waiz, and Andrew Williams. Absent: None. Other business followed. Mayor Orem presented Ordinance Appropriation Ordinance. Clerk and Treasurer Spencer Ordinance and Fire Chief Collins answered quetions. Perkins made the motion to suspend the rules for 91-0R-35~ seconded by Council President Carter unanimously. Councilperson Perkins made No. 91-0R-35 on ail three readings~ Williams~ passing with the following roll Perkins, Tony Harrod, John Perkins No. 91-OR-35, An Additional explained this Councilperson Ordinance No. and carried the motion to pass Ordinance seconded by Councilperson call vote: Ayes: Councilpersons Clapp, Williams, Carter~ Harrod, Grooms, and Waiz. Nays: None. Other business followed. There being no further business to come before the Council Councilman Perkins made seconded by the motion to adjourn at 10:20 o'clock P.M., Councilperson Grooms and carried unanimously. DALE L.
