ORDINANCE IMPLEMENTING PARTIALLY SELF-FUNDED
HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN FOR CITY EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville
has determined that it is in the economic interest of the City
to establish a partially self,funded employee health insurance
pian on terms and conditions as approved by the Jeffersonville
Board of Public Works and Safety; and,
WHEREAS, said partially self-funded employee health
insurance plan requires the
