AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN PORTIONS OF
SECTION 1 OF O~RDINANCE NO. 90-0R-37
INDIANA:
OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSONVILLE,
Section 1
That from and after.the day of ........ , 1991, the
following employees of the Cilty of--~fersonville~ Indiana, shall
receive the following base salary per year.
SEWAGE DEPARTMENT
Maintenance Supervisor ............................. Hour
Sewer Foreman .................. ~ ................... Hour
Heavy Equipment Operator ....... ~ ................... Hour
Part-Time Lab Technician ........................... Hour
$5.50-$10.59
$5.50-$10.33
$5.50-$ 9.80
$5.50-$ 6.00
CERTIFICATION COMPENSATION: An employee meeting the
requirement established by the Indiana State Board of Health and
passing the State Examination for Municipal Wastewater Plant Operator
Certification may receive $.85 per hour per certification level
obtained with a limit of fiftegn (15) employees and approval of the
Board of Public Works. Shift P~y 4 P.M. to Midnight additional $.80
an hour, and Midnight to 8 A.M. - additional $.30 an hour.
Section 2
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval by the Comon Council of the City of
J~f~ersonvi lle, Indiana.
