ORDINANCE AMENDING JEFFERSONVILLE SALARY ORDINANCE FOR 1991
WHEREAS,
previously
fixed the
employment
Indiana; and,
WHEREAS,
position as
the Common Council of the City of Jeffersonville
adopted Ordinance No. 90-OR-37, which ordinance
basic salaries payable for various jobs under
with the departments of the City of Jeffersonville,
it now appears that it is necessary to add a
pretreatment coordinator at the Jeffersonville
Wastewater Treatment Plant in order to adequately meet the
United States Environmental Protection Agency rules and
regulations with regards to pretreatment of industrial
wastewater.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of
the City of Jeffersonville that it hereby amends the 1991
Jeffersonville salary ordinance to provide as follows:
Jeffersonville Wastewater Treatment Plant
Pretreatment Coordinator $25,000.00
Laboratory Technician(Supervisor) Hour $5.50-$9.96
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its
timely passage, promulgation and approval by the Mayor.
