TERMS OF AGREEMENT:.
The contractor chosen agrees to the following:
• Providing services of a guest teaching artist during the Creative Impact workshop.This is
to include the following:
-A Dye workshop in June of 2021
-Prep and Plan workshop with approvals done through the Public Art Administrator
-Promoting the workshop
-Provide an appropriate supplies list-with the restraints of the budget set forth by the administrator.
-Consider safety of students/self/others and structures throughout the time of instruction.
The City will provide:
-Use of the mixed use area in the NoCo Arts Center
-Promotion for artist's workshop on various forums
-Supplies for the workshop .
• The stipend will be.a total of$350 dollars to be paid out of the Jeffersonville Public Art Fund, paid
after services rendered.
• The expectation is the artist will be involved in pre-planning,prepping space,student instruction.
and clean up.

available)
INDEMNIFICATION:
Contractor agrees to indemnify and hold the City of Jeffersonville and its officers,agents,and employees,
harmless from all suits, claims,or damages,including reasonable attorney's fees arising out of or resulting
from activities under this agreement conducted.by Contractor or Contractor's agents.The provisions of
this section shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this agreement. .
