CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Mr.Waiz made the motion-to approve the minutes from March 31,2021.
Mr.-Crouch seconded the motion; roll call vote: Mr.Crouch—yes; Mr.Waiz—yes; Mayor Moore—yes; motion
passed 3-0.
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Mr.Crouch made the motion to approve payroll,seconded by Mr.Waiz. Roll call
vote: Mr.Crouch—yes; Mr.Waiz—yes; Mayor Moore—yes; motion passed 3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
None
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Christy O'Neil for Felicia Muncy-Request for approval of Handicap Only Parking sign at 517 East
Chestnut Street—Mr. Morlan stated he has reviewed the application and approves of it. The
applicant is aware that this cannot be done until construction is completed because they are going
to tear up the area right in front of her house where the sign would go. Mayor Moore stated he
wanted to make sure she was aware the is handicapped parking for any vehicle, it is not just her.
Mr. Morlan stated that is correct.
Mr. Crouch made a motion to approve and Mr.Waiz seconded the motion. Roll call vote: Mr.
Crouch—yes; Mr.Waiz—yes; Mayor Moore—yes; motion passed 3-0.
Mayor Moore congratulated the Silver Creek Boys and Girls Basketball and the Cheerleading'teams
on winning state championships. Mr.Crouch said he saw where that has only happened 3 times.
