Mr.Waiz seconded the motion; roll call vote: Mr.Crouch—yes; Mr.Waiz—yes; Mayor Moore—yes; motion passed 3-0: APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Mr.Waiz rnade'the motion to approve payroll,seconded by Mr.Crouch. Roll call vote: Mr.Crouch—yes; Mr.Waiz—yes; Mayor'Moore—yes; motion passed 3-0. OLD BUSINESS: None NEW BUSINESS: 1. Courtney Gilmore with Koetter Group-Request for approval to close one lane on 8th Street at PFAU Oil for approximately five(5)hours on March 4,2021 for use of a crane—Christy O'Neil stated she.spoke with Courtney and thiswill be done at PFAU Oil Company. Mayor Moore asked both Police and Fire representatives if there are any issues with this and there were none. Mr.Waiz made a motion to approve and Mr.Crouch seconded the motion. Roll call vote: Mr. Crouch—yes; Mr.Waiz—yes; Mayor Moore-yes; motion passed 3-0. 2. Larry Wallace-Request for approval of four(4)lawn service agreements between the City and the following:Erick's Complete Lawn Service Company,Doug Moreson, Marion Shepherd and D&D Facility Maintenance Services, LLC-Les Merkley stated these are the.standard agreements and just need to be approved subject to final legal review. Mr.Waiz made a motion to approve the;agreements and Mr. Crouch seconded the motion. Roll call vote: Mr.Crouch—yes; Mr.Waiz—yes; Mayor Moore—yes; motion passed 3-0. 3. Paul Northam-Request for approval of 4 upcoming events as follows: Mr. Northam stated there are no changes to these events except the KDF will include Southern Indiana this year.This will not require shutting down the Big 4 Bridge to the public,the runners will just run alongside the public. • KDF Mini Marathon on April 22, 2021 through April 25,2021 • Shakespeare in the Park on April'24, 2021 • Louisville Grows Plant 5K Run on September 18, 2021 • 22 Challenge 10K Ruck March on May 15, 2021 ' Mr.Waiz made a motion to approve the contract and Mr. Crouch seconded the motion. Roll call vote: Mr.Crouch—yes; Mr.Waiz—yes; Mayor Moore—yes; motion passed 3-0. Page 1 of 2 4. Scott McVoy-Request for approval of statement of work and configuration quote between City of Jeff, Police Department and Axon Enterprise for recording system in the Police Department interview room—Mr. McVoy stated the current provider for this service will not be renewed. This service provider is less expensive. There is money in the budget to support this. Mr.Crouch made a motion to approve the contract and Mr.Waiz seconded the motion. Roll call vote: Mr. Crouch--yes; Mr.Waiz—yes; Mayor Moore—yes; motion passed 3-0. Mayor Moore congratulated the Silver Creek girls for winning the State Championship. Mayor Moore stated the Jeff High boys' basketball team beat Jennings County last night so now they will play Floyd County on Friday in the Sectionals and he wished them luck.
