CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m. Mayor Moore stated Clark Miles
will be sitting in for Andy Crouch today on the board.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Mr. Miles made the motion to approve the minutes from February 10,2021.
Mr.Waiz seconded the motion; roll call vote: Mr. Miles-yes; Mr.Waiz—yes; Mayor Moore-yes; motion
passed 3-0.
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL: Mr.Waiz made the motion to approve payroll,seconded by Mr. Miles. Roll call
vote: Mr. Miles—yes; Mr.Waiz—yes; Mayor Moore—yes; motion passed 3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
None
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Kim Calabro-Request for approval of care center services agreement between the City and
BluMine Health—Mrs.Calabro stated this is the renewal for the health clinic it expires every two
years on March 1st. There are no significant changes and this will be contingent on final legal
review.
Mr. Miles made a motion to approve the contract and Mr.Waiz seconded the motion..Roll call
vote: Mr. Miles—yes; Mr.Waii—yes; Mayor Moore—yes;'motion passed 3-0.
Mayor Moore stated the Clinic has done.a great job and are very appreciated. This has been a
great partnership for the City of Jeff.
Mayor Moore stated our Street Department gets bragged on only when the weather gets bad but we have
a great Street Department and a great Sanitation Department,they have always worked really well
together. Wastewater, Parks Department, Drainage,everyone has pitched in—Police and Fire and probably
more. He thanked them for the work that they have done in the last few day. Also a special thanks to
Judith VanGilder to feeding the crew as well as Jeff Football,Zaxby's and Lisa Gill our City Clerk as well as
Southeast Christian Church and Larry Wilder and Bill Payne. It is very appreciated.
