2 Scott McVoy-Request for approval of contract to establish Temporary Certified Training
Facilities- Mr.•McVoy stated this is for us to provide a Certified Training Center for new recruits.
Due to Covid-19 the training center has been shut down for-the last 6-8 months and there is a large
