Heather Metcalf Top 20/40 Vendor Discussion Council President Owen stated that this is something that is set up'partially by statute partially by ordinance Council President Owen'stated the City reports to the Newspaperrand the Media a list of top vendors and top employees: They would like to discuss.what kind of reportthe Council would like to see on an a nnual;basis. Mrs.Metcalf stated this normally comes to them on the first:meetmg in March. Mrs presented stated it would�be much easier if she them the ' entire list touncilpersonWhite,stated he would be happy receiving whatever'is required bystatute Councilperson Hawkins stated he would be happy as well with the entire list Council erson ilp Hawkins asked v. Mr.Wilder:what they would need to do for.advertising. Mr.Wilder stated this,is just a local,ordinance.The Council discussed and would'like to seehave the Council-just receive the list in the ordinance rewritten to its entirety. They will look for that at their next meeting. 3.. Chad Reischl -'2021-0ft-4 Rezone Request for Prop artN Located at 422 E 7th Street from.R3 ,:, (Residential)to NC(Neighborhood Commercial) PUBLIC HEARING Mr. Reischl gave the details of this is grandfather status so they �'' !rezoning.' It'has been vacant.and lost grandfather are now re` oning"this for law`office to go in there. It was passed with a favorable recommendation at Plan Commission. Mr.Wilder stated they are great neighbors, his law office is next to it. Council President Owen opened the Pubilc Hearing at 7:15 PM. Les Merkley 2021-R-1 An Interlocal Agreement between the City of Jeffersonville and the Town of Clarksville. Mr. Merkley stated this has been approved by the Board of Public Works. Clarksville is relocating Missouri Avenue. This will connect into our street. Les Merkley 2021-R-2 Resolution Approving the Application for the Community Development Block Grant Funds for the Covid-19 Response Program From the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs- Mr. Merkley stated this is a grant application and we have done this before. This is the first step. The Public Hearing opened at 7:40 PM. Mr. Merkley asked Clerk Gill if the Clerk's Office received any comments and she stated they did not.
