ORDINANCE NO. 92-0R-_~
ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THE
CUMULATIVE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Common Council have determined that a
surplus of funds now exists in the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund
and;
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to transfer
a portion of such funds to the General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that $500,000.00 1S hereby
transferred from the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund to the
General Fund of the City.
