CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 930 a.m.
APPROVA
L OF THE MINUTES: Mr.Crouch made the motion to approve the minutes from January 27,2021:
Mr.Waiz seconded the motion; roll call vote: Mr.Crouch—yes; Mr.,Waiz—yes; Mayor Moore-yes; motion
passed 3-0
APPROVAL OF PAYROLL Mr.Waiz made the motion to approve payroll,seconded by Mr.Crouch. Roll call
vote: Mr.Crouch—yes; Mr.Waiz—yes; Mayor Moore-yes; motion passed 3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:

NEW BUSINESS:
1. ' Jerry Rauck-Request for approval of Riverstage Insurance Renewal and Terrorism Rejection form-
Mr. Rauck was present to answer any questions from the board. He statedthis is the approval to
renew this policy. Mr.Waiz made a motion to approve the contract and Mr.Crouch seconded the
motion. Roll call vote: Mr Crouch-yes; Mr:Waiz—yes; Mayor Moore—yes; motion passed 3-0.
2. . Chad Reischl-Request for approval of contract between the City and GRW Engineers,Inc.for third
party review of the new Unified Development Ordinance-Mayor Moore told Mr. Reischl that he
very much appreciated his office taking on this project, he knows it was a lot of work to put in. Mr.
Reischl stated this was written 2001 and 1996 so it has been well over two decades since these
documents have been revised. They will be combined into on ordinance. This will guide any
development in the City. This contract will just be giving a summary of this.,
Mr.Crouch made a motion to approve the contract and Mr.Waiz seconded the motion. Roll call
vote: Mr.Crouch—yes; Mr.Waiz—yes; Mayor Moore—yes; motion passed 3-0.
