ORDINANCE NO. 92-0R-_'_~_
ORDINANCE TRANSFER~ING SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THE
CUMULATIVE CAPTIAL IMPR9VEMENT FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Common Council have determined that a
suprlus of funds now exists in the Cumulative Capital Improvement Fund
and;
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to transfer
a portion of such funds to the General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the following amount is
hereby transferred from the Cumylative Capital Improvement Fund to the
General Fund of the City.
