Ivy Tech Student Photo Exhibition—extended opportunities
Darkroom/portfolio development
Ivy Tech gave darkroom equipment and would love to bring it and teach people how to use it. Digital natives
love working with the real thing.
IAC Arts Homecoming take aways—Share Out (Kofi& John)
Kofi: This was a wonderful thing, I enjoyed seeing what they call a Facing project. This came out of Muncie,
IN, started because Muncie was described as a very poor town, so they decided to just go with it. Ball State
Theatre works with them to put this on as a play and teach people about this project. Jeffersonville could use
this same project to connect with all parts of our City. How Jeff became the Jeff we see today.
Dawn: I would love to have them come in a speak about this to our Commissioners
Commissioners Comments
Ed Zastawny: Dawn the dinner was great. Thank you for all your hard work you put into the event and as
always everything was nice.
Next meeting will be Monday, December 9, 2019 at NoCo Arts Center.
With nothing further to come before the board meeting adjourned at 6:47 p.m.
