AGREEMENT, JURISDICTION, AND SEVER ABILITY: This contract contains the understanding
between I Am Dante' Photography and the Client(s). It supersedes all prior agreements between
the parties. The only way to change or add to this agreement is to do so in writing, and providing
the document is signed by all relevant parties.
The laws of the State of Indiana shall govern this contract, and any resulting arbitration shall take
place within Clark County, Indiana. Client assumes responsibility for all collection costs and legal
fees incurred by I Am Dante' Photography should enforcement of this contract become necessary.
In the event that any part of this contract is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder
of this contract shall remain valid and enforceable. Any failure by one or both parties to enforce
a provision of this contract shall not constitute a waiver of any other portion or provision of this
agreement.
CANCELLATION: If CLIENT(S) decides to cancel or terminate said agreement, there will be no
refund of the deposit and there must be a written statement of cancellation within a minimum
of two weeks of the event or cancellation fees may be applied.
I Am Dante' Photography is an independent contractor and not an employee of THE CLIENT(S).
CLIENT(S) affirm(s) that CLIENT(S) is/are at least 18 years old and has the capacity to enter into
a contract with I Am Dante' Photography.
