MINUTES
October 8, 2019
Mayor Mike Moore, Jeffersonville Mayor called the regular meeting of the Jeffersonville Building
Authority to order on October 8 2019, at 9:00 a.m. in the Building Commissioner's Conference Room
on the second floor in Jeffersonville City Hall, 500 Quartermaster Court. Members present were Richard
Eklund,and Bill Fry. Member absent Larry Wallace. Also present Administrative Assistant Mary Frey.
MINUTES
Richard Eklund made a motion to accept the September 10,2019 minutes as written, seconded by Bill Fry
and approved unanimously.
EXPENDITURE REPORT
Richard Eklund made a motion to approve the revenue and expenditure report for September 2019 as
presented, seconded by Bill Fry and approved unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS
Mayor Mike Moore stated no old business
NEW BUSINESS
Mayor Mike Moore stated that the cooling tower will be cleaned on October 14, 2019.
With no further discussion Richard Eklund made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Bill Fry and approved
unanimously.
