MINUTES
September 10, 2019
Larry Wallace, Jeffersonville Building Commissioner called the regular meeting of the Jeffersonville
Building Authority to order on September 10,2019, at 9:00 a.m. in the Building Commissioner's
Conference Room on the second floor in Jeffersonville City Hall, 500 Quartermaster Court. Members
present were Richard Eklund, Mayor Mike Moore and Larry Wallace. Member absent Bill Fry. Also
present Administrative Assistant Mary Frey.
MINUTES
Mayor Mike Moore made a motion to accept the August 13,2019 minutes as written, seconded by
Richard Eklund and approved unanimously.
EXPENDITURE REPORT
Richard Eklund made a motion to approve the revenue and expenditure report for August 2019 as
presented, seconded by Larry Wallace and approved unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS
Larry Wallace stated that Perfection Group has installed the ERV wheels.
NEW BUSINESS
Larry Wallace presented a renewal contract from Oracle Elevator which showed a 5%increase for
the elevator contract for 2019-2020. The new contract price will be $ 2773.19 2018-2019 was
$2641.13. The contract period is September thru August 2020.we do pay on time and take the 3%
discount. Mayor Mike Moore made a motion to accept the contract, seconded by Richard Eklund
and approved unanimously.
With no further discussion Richard Eklund made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Mayor Mike Moore
and approved unanimously.
