Mrs. Stingel 2 provided an update on White Flag as well. It is volunteer ran, however this year they will be having a paid supervisor to alleviate some of the decision making responsibilities from the volunteers. Another project they are rolling out is Louie Connect. It is a website where someone can plug in all of their information and it will connect them to local service providers that can assist them. Southern Indiana Homeless Coalition provides services for 8 counties. The City of New Albany contributes$50,000 in funding and they are working on other communities to engage as well.
