THIS CONTRACT, entered on this 1st day of July 2019, is for the professional
services of The Crashers for the performance described below. The undersigned
client and musicians agree, and contract as follows:
Parties
1. Band Name: The Crashers, including the Musicians and Technical Support
Staff(collectively "The Crashers").

6. Event: Big Four Steamboat Nights

9. Performance Date: 8/31/19

11. The Crashers shall play no more than (2) 75 Minute sets within a (3) Hour
period (i.e. 8-11, 9-12) and play no later than 1:00 a.m.
Payment Agreement
12. Payment: U.S. $7,500.00 (the "Fee") plus hospitality requirements, (as
required in Section 14 and 15 of this Agreement (collectively, the "Payment").
Refer to "Technical Requirements" for additional fees and/or required
equipment
13. 50% of total fee shall be paid as a non-refundable deposit upon signing
contract. The date of your event will NOT be held or posted to The Crasher
social media platforms or website until the deposit is received. Remaining
balance must be paid in full before beginning of performance. Payments should
be made in cash/check to The Crashers.
Hospitality Requirements
14. Band and technical support staff(total 10) will be provided, at client's
expense, a hot meal either before or after the performance including a large
salad, dessert, 12 pack of Coca-Cola, 12 pack of Coke Zero, two bags of ice, two
cases of bottled water, and a cooler. The water, one bag of ice. and cooler
shall be available at the time of technical support staff arrival.
15. The Crashers will be provided with a dressing room/green room for the
entire event. This room will be used exclusively by the band.
Additional Terms
16. In the event an opening/support act for the event is used, The Crashers wish
to be consulted in the choosing of said act. If the act is to use The Crashers
equipment and/or technical support staff, an additional fee will be assessed to
the client.
17. This contract constitutes a complete and binding agreement between the
client and band. Agent acts only as agent and assumes no responsibility
between client and band.
18. In case of breach of this contract by client, client agrees to pay the total fee
agreed upon as mitigated damages, plus reasonable attorney's fees, court costs,
and legal interest that may arise from said breach.
19. The client agrees to be responsible for harm, loss, or damage of any kind to
person or property of band and/or technical support staff while located at
performance venue.
20. The undersigned parties agree to be personally, jointly and severally liable
for the terms of this contract.
21. In the event of rain, or any other event which cancels the performance and
is outside the control of either party, client and band agree to the following:
(a) If band's equipment has not been loaded into the performance
venue, band shall retain the 50% deposit paid upon the signing of
this contract, and no further payments shall be required by the
client.
(b) If band's equipment has been loaded into the performance venue,
band shall retain the 50% deposit paid upon the signing of this
contract, and client shall immediately pay band the full balance of
the agreed upon fee.
Technical Requirements

drum/instrument risers will be required. An additional stage for the
orchestra with a "bridge" or connector between the two stages will be
required.A $500.00 donation from the City of Jeffersonville to the
Louisville Civic Orchestra will be required. �j

28. Flown Line Array Speaker System - Ground Stack is NOT acceptable for this •
venue
29. Client will provide sound and lighting meeting or exceeding The Crashers' FOH
Engineer's requirements. Please call Dave DeVincentis at (502) 592-1661 for venue
specific requirements.
30. There must be a minimum of six (6) individual 20-amp circuits
accessible from the stage used exclusively by the band.
31. Band requires 6'x6' space 30'-100' in front of stage, before, during and after
event to allow for sound engineer and mixing console.
32. Client will provide two (2) load in/load out personnel at venue before crew
arrives through end of night, paid by client.
33. The Crashers reserves the right to sell its merchandise at all performances, unless
otherwise agreed upon with client prior to performance date. Client shall not permit
any other sale or distribution of merchandise bearing The Crasher trademarks or
image without prior consent from The Crashers. One 20-amp circuit, not connected
to the stage power, shall be accessible to the merchandise booth.
34. The Crashers have specific approved high-resolution media photos and logos
that are available upon request for the advertisement of your event.
