TERMS OF AGREEMENT:
The contractor chosen agrees to the following:
• Set up the glass lampworking unit at the designated location at least S hours before the start of event(or
evening before)in NoCo Arts Center located at 628 Michigan Avenue,Jeffersonville,IN
• Demonstrate and interact with guests from 6 p.m.-9 p.m.-Friday,July 12th,2019
• Interact with the event go-ers as much as possible
• Take care to consider that the station and demonstrating must be safe and appropriate for public viewing and
interaction
• The contractor will coordinate set up on to site with the Public Art Administrator
• Provide the city with a W9(Public Art Admin will email this to you if you do not have one readily available)
• Provide the city with an invoice for$300 for setup and services rendered as soon as possible
• Stipend will be$300 for set up and services rendered I The payment of$300 will be made after the successful
completion of the demonstration night Check to be mailed to the contractor no later than three weeks after the
event.
• Artist may sell their wares at the event.
JLN EMNIFICATION;
Contractor agrees to indemnify and hold the City of Jeffersonville and its officers,agents,and employees,harmless from
all suits,claims,or damages,including reasonable attorney's fees arising out of or resulting from activities under this
agreement conducted by Contractor or Contractor's agents.The provisions of this section shall survive the expiration or
earlier termination of this agreement
