MINUTES
April 9, 2019
Larry Wallace, Jeffersonville Building Commissioner called the regular meeting of the Jeffersonville
Building Authority to order on April 9, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. in the Building Commissioner's Conference
Room on the second floor in Jeffersonville City Hall, 500 Quartermaster Court. Members present were
Richard Eklund, Bill Fry, and Larry Wallace. Members absent Mayor Mike Moore and Don Sperzel. Also
present Administrative Assistant Mary Frey.
MINUTES
Richard Eklund made a motion to accept the March 12, 2019 minutes as written, seconded by Bill Fry
and approved unanimously.
EXPENDITURE REPORT
Bill Fry made a motion to approve the revenue and expenditure report for March 2019 as presented,
seconded by Richard Eklund and approved unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS
Larry Wallace stated no old business
NEW BUSINESS
Larry Wallace stated that the microphones in the Mayors conference room are being replaced by SIR LLC
at a cost of$1210.00.
Larry Wallace stated the outside windows at City Hall will be cleaned by Squeaky Clean window at a cost
of$4,000.00.
Larry Wallace stated that he is working with Walnut Ridge on the landscaping at City Hall. The trees that
were damaged by the ice storm have been removed, and grass has been planted. Mr. Eklund suggested
possibly receiving bids on new landscaping at City Hall. Bill Fry suggested possibly trimming the
existing landscape. Larry Wallace will meet with Walnut Ridge and discuss possibilities and bring back to
the Board.
With no further discussion Larry Wallace made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Bill Fry and approved
unanimously.
