Sponsor to provide breakdown of advertisements and media breakdown for this
sponsorship value.Please include all live on air radio,radio ads,web,social media,
any scheduled on air interviews or any live on air day of event scheduled
broadcasts.Please Provide Completed,Signed&Notarized Play Affidavit,showing
totals.
Sponsor Benefits for the 2019 Season include:
• Twilight Cinema-Opportunity to provide station logos &video for digital
signage RiverStage LED screen.Opportunity to intro select movies and
welcome cinema attendees throughout the series.
• Summer Concert Series- 30) "Best Seats of the House" Passes for
promotional giveaways Opportunity for Stage Announcements- Pending
talent availability.Opportunity to utilize digital big screen for station and
sponsor signage.City of Jeffersonville RiverStage will provide"Best Seats of

the House" for each participating show.
• Summer Concert Series- Opportunity to utilize digital LED RiverStage big
screen for station and sponsor signage at select events agreed upon by both
parties.
• Jeffersonville Goes Country-Exclusive Louisville/Southern Indiana rights
to announce Jeff Goes Country show on 3/1/19 via digital and on-air
exposure. (20) "Skip the Line"Passes for promotional giveaway(10) Meet&
Greet Passes for promotional giveaway.
• Jeffersonville Goes Country-Exclusive WAMZ VIP Area for iHeartMedia to
use at your discretion. Opportunity to sell third-party sponsors on WAMZ
promotions (any third-party sponsors must be approved by the City Of
Jeffersonville and must not be in conflict with City Of Jeffersonville event
sponsors) Opportunity to utilize digital LED RiverStage big screen for station
and sponsor signage with the understanding that City event sponsors get
first available time slots prior to any approved third-party sponsors who if
additional time is available will then be allotted time.Add On: 25 JGC Party
Pit Passes for On Air Promotions leading up to the day of the event.
• Holiday Parade/Light Up Jeffersonville-Opportunity to include station
vehicles in priority placement during Holiday parade.Opportunity for talent
to act as Grand Marshall of Holiday parade (WLGX/WNRW)
• Jeffersonville Ice Rink-Opportunity to provide station signage to place
around venue 10x10 activation space for station setup on opening day
(WLGX/WNRW) In addition 100 Jeffersonville Ice Rink 1 day passes to be
either used by iHeart Radio or given away in on air promotions.
• Steamboat Nights-Opportunity to provide station signage to place around
venue via station banners and/or station vehicles.Opportunity for
iHeartMedia stations to be onsite pending station availability.
• Add On Benefit: Quantity 50 Jeffersonville Aquatics Center 1 Day Passes for
iHeart Media to give away as on air promotions.
In Kind Sponsorship Trade Recording Details:
• All City Partner In Kind Sponsorships are required to be recorded throughout
the season upon execution of this agreement. (In Kind Sponsor Funds,Please
Forward Invoice Copy showing total$ (dollars) credited or discounted to the
City of Jeffersonville Parks referencing each project to
dsimpson@cityofjeff.net Please Provide Completed,Signed&Notarized Play
Affidavits,showing total values.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement contains the entire Agreement between the parties,
and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications,representations,
understandings,or agreements.This Agreement may be modified only by a written
amendment signed by both parties.
Headings, Attachments, and Exhibits: The headings contained in this Agreement are for
reference only and shall not in any way affect the meaning or interpretation of this
Agreement. Any attachments and Exhibits to this Agreement shall be construed as an
integral part of this Agreement.
Waiver: The failure on the part of either party to enforce its rights as to any provision of
this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of its rights to enforce such provision in
the future.
Assignment: This Agreement shall not be assigned by either party without the prior
written consent of the other unless such assignment shall be to the affiliate or successor of
either party.
Authority to Contract: Each party warrants and represents that it has power and
authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform the obligations, including any
payment obligations,under this Agreement.
Governing Law: The Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of the State of Indiana.
Severability: Should any part of this Agreement for any reason,be declared invalid or void,
such declaration will not affect the remaining portion which will remain in full force and
effect as if the Agreement had been executed with the invalid portion eliminated.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have duly executed this Agreement effective as of the
date first above written. •
