On behalf of our Board of Directors, I would like to extend a heartfelt thanks for your support to Communities
In Schools (CIS) of Clark County. Your donation of $5,000.00 received on 2-8-2018 from the City of
Jeffersonville to Communities In Schools of Clark County helps in achieving our mission of surrounding
students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life.
Your support to CIS of Clark County will help to provide the academic resources, mental health resources
and basic needs resources for students in Jeffersonville. By bringing caring adults into the schools to
address children's unmet needs, CIS of Clark County provides the link between educators and the
community. We currently provide services for 8 elementary schools, 2 middle schools and 1 high school
within the city of Jeffersonville. These resources provided by CIS of Clark County help to support students
at-risk and provide them with additional support needed to be successful in the ci ssroom and in life.

It is our hope that the City of Jeersonville will make a continued commitment to support annually our
