MINUTES
January 8, 2019
Larry Wallace, Jeffersonville Building Commissioner called the regular meeting of the Jeffersonville
Building Authority to order on January 8,2019 at 9:00 a.m. in the Building Commissioner's Conference
Room on the second floor in Jeffersonville City Hall, 500 Quartermaster Court. Members present were
Bill Fry,Mayor Mike Moore and Larry Wallace. Members absent: Don Sperzel and Brandon
Westerfield. Also present Administrative Assistant Mary Frey.
MINUTES
Mayor Mike Moore made a motion to accept the December 11,2018 minutes as written, seconded by Bill
Fry and approved unanimously.
EXPENDITURE REPORT
Mayor Mike Moore made a motion to approve the revenue and expenditure report for December 2018 as
presented, seconded by Bill Fry and approved unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS
Larry Wallace stated that the terrazzo floors in the main entry to City Hall has been cleaned and a coat of
protector will be applied this week.
NEW BUSINESS
No new business
With no further discussion Mayor Mike Moore made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Bill Fry and
approved unanimously.
