The method of payment for this change or extra work shall be:
An additional amount of One hundred forty nine thousand two hundred eighty three dollars and no cents =$149,283.00

PROPOSAL

JOBSITE: Gottbrath Parkway Sewer Connection
Based on Jacobi, Toombz, and Lanz, Inc. drawings dated 11/14/2018.
Furnish and install approx. 569' of 8" C900 DR18 PVC Pipe.
Furnish and install approx. 146' of 8" C900 DR18 Certalok Pipe.
Furnish and install ten 8" DI MJ Bends w/ megalugs.
Furnish and install tracer wire and detection tape.
Bore and Jack 146' of 18" dia. .375 wall steel casing in rock.
Furnish and install casing spacers and casing end seals.
Furnish and install 8" MJ fittings to construct drop on manhole.
Stone encase all open cut trench pipe with #8 stone.
Stone backfill open cut trench entirely with #8 stone under pavement.
Haul away excess dirt and rock.
Pressure test.
Seed and straw disturbed areas.
Total: $149,283. 00
Excludes: Permits, soil testing
Notes: If soft subgrade is encountered, soil stabilization or treatment will
be extra to the owner.
Acceptance to constitute a contract between us. This bid to hold for a
period of 30 days from date. Terms: Net 15 days following date of invoice.
