CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 9:32 a.m.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES:
Mr. Hedrick made the motion to approve the minutes from December 19, 2018, seconded by
Mr. Dixon and motion passed 3-0.
APPROVAL OF THE PAYROLL:
Mr. Hedrick made the motion to approve the payroll, seconded by Mr. Dixon, and motion
passes 3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
None
NEW BUSINESS:
Les Merkley-Request for approval of Agreement for Professional Services between Historic
Preservation Commission and Indiana Landmarks
Mr. Merkley indicated that this is request for the Historic Preservation Commission for the
annual agreement. Mr. Hedrick made the motion to table the request, second by Mr. Dixon, motion
passed 3-0.
Scott McVoy-Request for approval of estimate/contract between the Jeffersonville Police
Department and Vievu for body cameras
Mr. Kavanaugh indicated this is an annual contract and will be paid out of the 2019 Budget for
police body cameras. Mr. Hedrick made the motion to approve the contract, second by Mr. Dixon and
motion passes 3-0.
