REGULAR MEETING
NOVEMBER 20, 2018
The Jeffersonville Drainage Board met on November 20, 2018 at 5:30 P.M. in the City Council
Chambers, First Floor, 500 Quartermaster Court,Jeffersonville, Indiana. Vice-President Steve Gill called
the meeting to order with the following in attendance:
BOARD MEMBERS: STAFF:
Steve Gill Andy Crouch
Arthur Guepe Matt Bell
Chester King Kevin Feder
Rob Burgess Darren Wilder, Attorney
John Ketenbrink Patty Rush
Absent were: President Charlie Smith, Grant Morton,James Wright and Brandon Westerfield.
APPROVAL OF CLAIMS:
Vice-President Gill presented the claims reviewed by the Board. City Engineer answered
questions from the Board on several items. After discussion, Mr. Burgess made a motion to approve the
claims in the amount of$104,310.20 and seconded by Mr. Guepe. Motion approved unanimously
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Vice-President Gill presented the minutes from October 16, 2018 meeting, asking if there were
any corrections or additions. Mr. Burgess made a motion to approve the minutes as presented and
seconded by Mr. Guepe. Motion approved unanimously
OLD BUSINESS: None
New Business: None
Public Comments: None
REPORTS:
City Engineer Crouch advised that the Ordinance Committee Meeting will be rescheduled. He
had handed out several plans that will be presented at our next meeting. City Engineer Crouch
requested the board to think about rescheduling January 1St meeting to another date will be discussed
at a later meeting.
Mr. Feder advised that the MS4 Contract had been reviewed and will vote at our next meeting.
ADJOURNMENT:
Mr. Burgess made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:45 P.M. and seconded by Mr. Guepe.
Our next meeting will be held on December 4, 2018 at 5:30 P.M. n
