5. PROPRIETARY INFORMATION:All training and supplied training materials used by Norse Tactical
personnel are considered Norse Tactical Proprietary and MAY NOT be copied,duplicated,removed,shared,
or transferred to another party by any participant without the written permission of Norse Tactical.
6. FINANCIAL: Norse Tactical will complete the proposed tasks under a contract based on the services
provided by Norse Tactical Subject Matter Experts/Instructors:

Jeffersonville Police Department receives the listed discounted pricing as an ongoing client purchasing a
training package.
* Cost for supplemental training, Item 3 - Hidden Valley, reflects full credit of discounted price in
return for breaching equipment received from Jeffersonville Police Department SWAT Team.
7. SUMMARY: Norse Tactical excels at customizing its operations and training courses to the specific needs of
the client.This course can be tailored to fit the experience level of the students and adjusted to meet the tactical
needs specific to the unit. We look forward to working with your personnel to build a course designed to
support your requirements.
8. AGREEMENT:
The Agreement by and between Norse Tactical,LLC"the Contractor"and The City of Jeffersonville,Indiana
"the Client", and collectively "the Parties" as of this 25th Day of OCTOBER in the year of 2018, the
Contractor agrees to provide the specified services within section 6. Herein, the Client agrees to pay the
sum of NINETEEN-THOUSAND THREE-HUNDRED EIGHTY-NINE and 08/100 DOLLARS ($19,389.08)
in advance of the commencement of the services.
The parties agree that all questions regarding the specifics of the services to be provided have been satisfied
respectively to the questioning party and that all terms and conditions herein are acceptable and to the mutual
benefit of the parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands, or where said party is an entity,
have caused these present to be duly executed by duly empowered pers-'ins thereof, pursuant to proper
authority,to duplicate originals the day and year first above written.
