We hereby propose to furnish all the materials and perform all the labor necessary for the completion of the following:
OPTION ONE: 48"H CHAINLINK
Remove, haul awayand dispose of existing chainlink fabric, walk gate, top-rail, and tension wire—All posts to remain
Install 188'of 48"h x 9-gauge black vinyl-coated chainlink fence on existing posts
Fence to be framed with new 1-5/8"x 21'x ss20 black vinyl-coated steel top-rail and 9-gauge bottom tension wire
Install two(.2) 48"h x 60"w single swing walk gates with 180° industrial box hinges and collar/fork latch
*Two (2) sections will be cut and knuckled to transition from 48"h to 24"h —One 6'w section in between slides will be 24"h
SUBTOTAL: $4,622.00
OPTION TWO: 48"H ALUMINUM
Remove, haul away, and dispose of existing 48"h chainlink fence and pates
Install 182'of 48"h h Ideal Commercial Ornamental Aluminum fence panels —Style: #300, Long Islander ; Color: Black
Line/End/Corner posts are 2"sq.x 72"h x .093"wall thickness
Install two C5) 48"h x 60"w single swing gate with self-closing hinges and top-pull, pool code, magna latch
Main gate will swing in, and will have a hold-back that will consist of a gravity latch at the bottom of the gate
Gate posts are 2"sq. x 72"h x .125"wall thickness
*There will be three(3) panels that will have to be assembled on site —Two (2)will be built to transition from 48"h to
24"h and one (1) panel will be built to be 24"h
All posts priced to be dug through dirt and set in concrete

OPTION THREE: 48"H ROPE FENCE
Remove, haul away, and dispose of existing 48' ainl nk fence and gates
Install 188'of 48"h— 1"double-braided, black, rope fence with nettingattached
Posts are 8"round, treated yellow pine, wood posts
Install two(2)48"h x 60"w gates with 2"sq. steel frames,painted black, and netting attached
Main gate will swing in, and will have a"duck bill"hold-back
*There will two(2)_sections of netting that will transition from 48"h to 24"h and one11)section that will be 24"h
_All_posts priced to be dug through dirt and set in concrete

Terms are as follows: Net 30 dans.
Effective 1/1/2018— We will be charging a 3% fee for using a credit card. This includes all credit cards. No exceptions. All
material is guaranteed to be as specified, and the above work to be performed in accordance with the drawings and
specifications submitted for above work and completed in a substantial workmanlike manner. Any underlying obstructions
necessitating drilling will be charged for additional labor involved. Any alteration or deviation from above specifications
involving extra costs, will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the
estimate. All agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control.

Prices, specifications and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as
specified. Payment will be made as outlined above. General Contractor/Buyer/Owner is responsible for identifying
and marking all private utilities. General Contractor/Buyer/Owner is responsible for building and zoning
codes.
