CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES:
Mr. Owen made the motion to APPROVE the minutes from the October 24, 2018 meeting,
seconded by Mr. Waiz, motion PASSED 3-0.
APPROVAL OF THE PAYROLL:
Mr. Owen made the motion to APPROVE the payroll, seconded by Mr. Waiz, and motion
PASSED 3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
Les Merkley—award bid on truck for Street Department. Move to next week.
NEW BUSINESS:
Lindon Dodd on behalf of Janet and Joe Lewis-Request for approval of handicap parking space
at 414 East Market Street.
Officer McVoy indicated that the address has been reviewed and the Police Dept approves the
handicap parking request. Mr. Owen made the motion to approve the handicap parking sign, seconded by
Mr. Waiz, and motion passes 3-0.
Les Merkley-Request for approval of 2019 City Holiday Calendar
Mr. Waiz made the motion to follow the County Holiday Calendar with the addition of Columbus
Day, seconded by Mr. Owen and motion passes 3-0.
Scott McVoy-Request for approval of contract between Jeffersonville Police Department and
Squeaky Clean Windows for cleaning interior and exterior windows at Jeff Police Station.

Officer McVoy indicated that this is in the budget. Mr. Owen made the motion to approve the
contract, seconded by Mr. Waiz, and motion passes 3-0.
Scott McVoy-Request for approval of Uniform Conflict of Interest forms for
Gregory A. Sumler, Jr. and Charles C. Martin, Jr.
Officer McVoy presented conflict of interest forms for Police Dept employees—Mr. Owen made
the motion to accept the forms, seconded by Mr. Waiz, and motion pas -• -0.
ADJOURNMENT:
