CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES:
Mr. Hedrick made the motion to APPROVE the minutes from the September 26, 2018 meeting,
seconded by Mr. Owen, motion PASSED 3-0.
APPROVAL OF THE PAYROLL:
Mr. Hedrick made the motion to APPROVE the payroll, seconded by Mr. Owen, and motion
PASSED 3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
None
NEW BUSINESS:
Nathan Pruitt—request for approval of Amended Bike Share Program Agreement between the
City and CycleHop LLC. For lack of presentation, Mr. Owen made a motion to table item, seconded by
Mr. Hedrick, and motion carries 3-0.
ADJOURNMENT:
With no further business, motion was made to ADJOURN 9• ..m.
