TERMS OF AGREEMENT:
The contractor chosen agrees to the following:
• Perform for one hour(10:00 a.m.until 11:00 p.m.)at Big Four Station Park in Jeffersonville,Indiana
• Perform on Saturday,October 27th, 2018
• Arrive at stage under the pavilion no later than 30 minutes before performance (by 9:30 a.m.)
• Stipend will be$150 (paid immediately following the successful performance)
• Perform on the stage provided by the City of Jeffersonville will be approx.. 16'x 20'
• Bring necessary materials and the City shall provide adequate sound system for the performers.
• Assist in promoting the event(Sugar Skull Shake,Shake) on its web page or other social media avenues and the
City will do the same in an effort to promote the performance group.
• Performance group is permitted to sell materials pertaining to the group retaining all proceeds from the sales.
• The contractor will coordinate with the Public Art Administrator with questions pertaining to event.
• Provide the city with a W9 (Public Art Admin will email this to you ifyou do not have one readily available)
• Provide the city with an invoice of the agreed upon amount of: $150.00
INDEMNIFICATION:
Contractor agrees to indemnify and hold the City of Jeffersonville and its officers,agents,and employees,harmless from
all suits,claims,or damages,including reasonable attorney's fees arising out of or resulting from activities under this
agreement conducted by Contractor or Contractor's agents.The provisions of this section shall survive the expiration or
earlier termination of this agreement.

TE1VNIINOS DEL CONTRATO;
El contratista elegido esta de acuerdo con lo siguiente:
• Realizar durante una hora (10 00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m ) en el Pogue "Big Four"en
Jeffersonville, Indiana
• Realizar el sabado, el 27 de octubre, 2018
• llegar a la etapa del pabellon a ma's tardar que 30 minutos antes de realizar(9:30 a.m.)
• El salario sera 5150.00 (pagado inmediatamente despues del desempeno)
• Realizar en el escenario proporcionado por la ciudad de Jeffersonville, y sera aproximadamente
16'x 20'
• Traer los instrumentos necesanos y City proporcionara un sistema de sonndo adecuado para los
artistas.
• Asistir en la promotion del evento (Sugar Skull Shake, Shake) en su pagina web u otras aven►das
de redes sociales y la Ciudad hara lo mismo en un esfuerzo por promover el grupo de actuation.
• Al grupo de rendimlento se le permite vender matenales pertenectentes al grupo en el deserve°,
conservando todos los tngresos de las yentas
• El contratista coordinara con la administradora del arte publico las preguntas relacionadas con el
evento
• Proporcione a la ciudad una forma W9 Ila adminrstracion le enviara esto por correo electronico st
no tiene uno disponible)
• Proporcnone ala ciudad una factura con la cantidad acordada de: $150

El contratista acuerda indemnizar y retener a la Ciudad de Jeffersonville y sus funcionarios, agentes y
empleados inofensivo de todas las demandas, reclamaciones o dartos, incluidos los honoranos
razonables de abogados que surjan de o resulten de actividades bajo este acuerdo conducidas por el
contratista o los agentes del contratista.
Las dispositions de esta section seguiran vigentes despues de la expiration o la termination anticipada
de este acuerdo.
