TERM.10F AGREEMENT
The contractor chosen agrees to the following:
• Perform/Teach for one hour(2:00 p.m.until 3:00 p.m.)at Big Four Station Park in Jeffersonville,Indiana
• Perform/Teach on Saturday,October 27th.2018
• Arrive at stage under the pavilion no later than 30 minutes before performance(by 1.30 p.m.)
• Stipend will be$ )SO°- (paid immediately following the successful class/performance) •
• Perform on the stage provided by the City of Jeffersonville will be approx.. 16'x 20'OR under the pavilion
• Bring necessary materials and the City shall provide adequate sound system for the performers/teachers.
• Assist in promoting the event(Sugar Skull Shake,Shake)on its web page or other social media avenues and the
City will do the same in an effort to promote the performance group.
• Performance group is permitted to sell materials pertaining to the group retaining all proceeds from the sales.
• The contractor will coordinate with the Public Art Administrator with questions pertaining to event.
• Provide the city with a W9(Public Art Admin will email this to you ifyou do not have one readily available)
• Provide the city with an invoice of the agreed upon amount of: 3 ISO '�`'''"
INDEMNIFICATION:
Contractor agrees to indemnify and hold the City of Jeffersonville and its officers,agents,and employees,harmless from
all suits,claims,or damages,including reasonable attorney's fees arising out of or resulting from activities under this
agreement conducted by Contractor or Contractor's agents.The provisions of this section shall survive the expiration or
earlier termination of this agreement.
