2 Delete Quantity from Pay Item B7 Concrete Curb Ramp: 6 EA @$1,600.00/EA = $ (9,600.00)
3 Delete Quantity from Pay Item B11 18"PVC Casing: 425 LF @$98.40/LF = $ (41,820.00)
TOTAL = $ (142,006.50)
The method of payment for this change or extra work shall be:
A reduction in the amount of One hundred forty two thousand six dollars and fifty cents =$142,006.50
