MINUTES
August 14, 2018
Larry Wallace, Jeffersonville Building Commissioner called the regular meeting of the Jeffersonville
Building Authority to order on August 14, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in the Building Commissioner's Conference
Room on the second floor in Jeffersonville City Hall, 500 Quartermaster Court. Members present were
Bill Fry,Mayor Mike Moore,Don Sperzel., and Larry Wallace. Member absent: Brandon Westerfield
Also present Administrative Assistant Mary Frey.
MINUTES
Bill Fry made a motion to accept the July 10, 2018 minutes as written, seconded by Don Sperzel and
approved unanimously.
EXPENDITURE REPORT
Mayor Mike Moore made a motion to approve the revenue and expenditure report for July 2018 as
presented, seconded by Bill Fry and approved unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS
Larry Wallace stated that the work on the terrazzo floor is not complete.Xtreme Coating Solutions
is scheduled to finish the entrance of City Hall this month.
NEW BUSINESS
Larry Wallace presented a 5 % increase from Oracle Elevator for the City Hall elevator maintenance. The
new annual amount will be$2,641.13. Mayor Mike Moore motioned to accept the new annual amount,
seconded by Bill Fry and approved unanimously.
With no further discussion Mayor Mike Moore made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Don Sperzel and
approved unanimously.
