MINUTES
August 15, 2018

CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 9:32 am
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES:
Mr. Waiz made the motion to approve the minutes from the August 8, 2018 meeting, seconded
by Mr. Crouch, motion passed 3-0.
APPROVAL OF THE PAYROLL:
Mr. Waiz made the motion to approve the payroll, seconded by Mr. Crouch, motion passed 3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
None
NEW BUSINESS:
Les Merkley - Request for approval of Resolution Confirming Condemnation of Certain Real
Property, Establishing List of Owners and Holders of Property and Awarding Damages. Mr. Merkley
stated the property is 819 Ohio Avenue in the 9th Street Project; awarding appraisal damages are $65,800.
This Resolution (2018-R-10) needs to be adopted and at that time we will have another hearing at which
time the property owner or anyone who has interest in the property can object to the damages we are
awarding. Mr. Waiz made a motion to approval Resolution 2018-R-10; Mr. Crouch seconded the motion,
and motion passes 3-0.

With no further business for the Board of Public Works, Mr. W ' made the motion to ADJOURN.
Meeting adjourned at 9:33 am.
