MINUTES
July 10, 2018
Larry Wallace, Jeffersonville Building Commissioner called the regular meeting of the Jeffersonville
Building Authority to order on July 10,2018 at 9:00 a.m. in the Building Commissioner's Conference
Room on the second floor in Jeffersonville City Hall, 500 Quartermaster Court. Members present were
Bill Fry,Mayor Mike Moore, Don Sperzel., and Larry Wallace. Member absent: Brandon Westerfield
Also present Administrative Assistant Mary Frey.
MINUTES
Bill Fry made a motion to accept the June 12, 2018 minutes as written, seconded by Don Sperzel and
approved unanimously.
EXPENDITURE REPORT
Mayor Mike Moore made a motion to approve the revenue and expenditure report for June 2018 as
presented, seconded by Don Sperzel and approved unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS
Larry Wallace stated that the work on the terrazzo floor is not complete.Xtreme Coating Solutions
is visiting Jeffersonville City Hall July 26th to present a solution.
NEW BUSINESS
Larry Wallace stated that Nixon Power removed, replaced batteries and tested the unit. Cost was $903.03.
Larry Wallace stated DC presented a price quote of$6,812.50 to replace capacitor and fan for UPS unit.
This has been tabled at this time.
With no further discussion Mayor Mike Moore made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Don Sperzel and
approved unanimously.
