MINUTES
August 1, 2018

CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 9:31 am
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES:
Mr. Waiz made the motion to approve the minutes from the July 25, 2018 meeting, seconded
by Mr. Miles, motion passed 3-0.
APPROVAL OF THE PAYROLL:
Mr. Waiz made the motion to approve the payroll, seconded by Mr. Miles, motion passed 3-0.
OLD BUSINESS:
None
NEW BUSINESS:
Andy Crouch— Request for approval of New Chapel Phase 2 Change Order. Mr. Crouch
presented change order 1 of job #17108. This is a reduction in the project of$88,600. Mr. Waiz made a
motion to approval the change order, Mr. Miles seconded, and motion passed 3-0.
ADDITIONAL BUSINESS:
Andy Crouch— Request for approval of Tenth Street Auto Sight Turning Lanes change order.
Mr. Crouch apologized that request was presented to him late for an additional $6,000 to do additional
milling/paving to the Tenth Street lanes which are rough in this area. Funds are available in the budget.
Mr. Waiz approved the change order, Mr. Miles seconded, and motion passed 3-0.

With no further business for the Board of Public Works, Mr. Waiz made the motion to ADJOURN.
Meeting adjourned at 9:34 am.
