TERMS OF AGREEMENT:
The contractor chosen agrees to the following:
• Design a mural to be installed on the top of the Mulberry Street floodgate storage unit.
• Provide a digital version of the design submitted in a high resolution TIFF format to the printing company.
• Artist agrees to allow the City of Jeffersonville rights to reproduce the design as they see fit.
• Provide the city with a W9 (Public Art Admin will email this to you ifyou do not have one readily available)
• Provide the city with an invoice for$750 for services rendered as soon as possible
• Check to be mailed to the contractor no later than one week after install of final design.This should be not
later than the second week in July and may be sooner.
INDEMNIFICATION:
Contractor agrees to indemnify and hold the City of Jeffersonville and its officers,agents,and employees,harmless from
all suits,claims,or damages, including reasonable attorney's fees arising out of or resulting from activities under this
agreement conducted by Contractor or Contractor's agents.The provisions of this section shall survive the expiration or
earlier termination of this agreement.
