MINUTES
May 15, 2018
Larry Wallace, Jeffersonville Building Commissioner called the regular meeting of the Jeffersonville
Building Authority to order on May 15, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in the Building Commissioner's Conference
Room on the second floor in Jeffersonville City Hall, 500 Quartermaster Court. Members present were
Bill Fry, Don Sperzel., Brandon Westerfield and Larry Wallace. Member absent: Mayor Mike Moore.
Also present Administrative Assistant Mary Frey.
MINUTES
Brandon Westerfield made a motion to accept the April 10, 2018 minutes as written, seconded by Bill Fry
and approved unanimously.
EXPENDITURE REPORT
Don Sperzel made a motion to approve the revenue and expenditure report for March 2018 as presented,
seconded by Bill Fry and approved unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS
Larry Wallace stated the level II glass has been installed in the entrance way side panels on the second
floor entrance to the Mayors area.
NEW BUSINESS
Larry Wallace presented a proposal to restore the terrazzo floor at entrance of Jeffersonville City Hall
from Xtreme Coating Solutions. The existing wax would be mechanically removed and hone and polish
terrazzo. The proposal is for$4,150.00. RT Solutions will give the City a credit on the June invoice in the
amount of$ 500.00 since they will not be waxing the area. Brandon Westerfield made the motion to
accept the proposal and schedule the work, seconded by Bill Fry and approved unanimously.
With no further discussion Bill Fry made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Don Sperzel and approved
unanimously.
